Suspended Prefabricated Hot Aisle
The suspended enclosed hot aisle consists of hanging assemblies, seismic supports, aluminum alloy frame assemblies, aisle doors, adapter plates, brush strips and their sealing accessories.
The hanging assemblies are assembled from one-time rolled C-shaped steel or U-shaped steel, and the top is fixed to the floor slab with height-adjustable connecting plates.
Three-sided diagonal bracing seismic supports are installed at both ends of the suspended aisle to ensure the overall strength of the hanging system in vertical and horizontal directions.
The frame is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy (natural color anodized) with cross-section complying with national standards. The inner baffles of the frame adopt double-layer hollow fireproof sun panels with an air layer in the middle, having a heat transfer coefficient less than 4.5W/(m²·K). The aisle door adopts a double sliding J-shaped structure to enhance strength and stability. Magnetic attraction is equipped when the left and right doors are closed to improve the airtightness of the aisle.
